Working Principle
After coagulation, the paneer curd is transferred into the perforated pressing mould. A pressing plate is positioned over the curd, and pressure is applied manually through the pressing mechanism. The excess whey drains through the perforations, while the curd becomes compact and forms a uniform paneer block. The pressed paneer can then be cooled, cut, packed, and stored.
